Jon was able to meet me at my appointment today. I was very pleased that he finally got to hear the baby via the doppler. Baby girl's heartrate was 150 today and all was well...not a whole lot to talk about with regular checkups. I go back in four weeks and will do the glucose test for gestational diabetes. That should be interesting. When I got home from the appointment she decided to put on a show for me. She was moving the left and right part of my belly kind of like the ocean. It was a little freaky, but I loved it. There are only two weeks left and I'll be in the 3rd trimester!
I've had fun this week shopping for shower supplies for the Poppe's baby shower on Sunday. We have some games planned that should be entertaining.
Next week the parents are coming to do the patio since they were rained out in August. Right now the weather is forecast to be sunny and in the mid-70's so I think it'll work out better this way.
