Double Digits!

Today marks the countdown change to double digits - 99 days to go until my due date! YAY!!!!!! Baby girl is really happy today and moving around and kicking. She was so still on Monday that I freaked out (no movement at all until about 4:30 pm) so I'm glad that she's back to normal again. My first shower is tonight at a restaurant. It's a joint shower with another resident's wife that is pregnant from IVF also. She's due at the end of October. This shower is just for residents' wives so it'll be very small and informal. I can't wait to see everyone because 4 out of 10 of us are pregnant and the latest is due in February. It'll be quite the sight.

My parents and Jon's dad are coming tonight so they can start working on the patio tomorrow. It'll be great to see them and to get those bags of sand and bricks where they belong. My mom and I might work on painting the stripes in the nursery and getting the arrangements made for getting the rocking chair reupholstered. Here's a before picture of the rocking chair:

Jon is going to remove the fabric and refinish the wood to match the crib. We'll leave the upholstery to a professional.

I'll post a picture of the growing belly either tomorrow or Friday. It will be the last swimsuit picture since it is the final week of 2nd trimester.
