A Break from Monotony

I substitute taught today for one of my old colleagues. I got to do some math proofs and use my brain a little bit. I also got to see all my favorite kids/young adults. I even got a few hugs and a lot of kids told me they missed me. I really enjoyed my day, despite having a junior high study hall for about 45 minutes. However, I have a feeling I'm going to be pretty sore. My legs are tired and my shoulders hurt from writing on the board. It really felt good to be active though. I have a feeling I won't stay away from teaching forever because it is fulfilling and I miss it. High school kids are fun.

What else? Baby girl seems to be getting bigger and stretching out because she's been hurting me occasionally when she gets near my ribs. Even my super long torso is starting to run out of room. The other night I dreamt that I gave birth to an alien baby that was trying to kill me. Yesterday I slid down the stairs on my rear end, but managed to not even get a bruise. I guess I'm getting even clumsier than usual.

Jon was home at about 5:30 tonight and we cooked and ate supper together. That's even better than getting to eat together. He made the bacon and eggs and I fried up the hash browns. He should be home early tomorrow night too so maybe we can have a date or something.

Here are the pictures from this week. I feel very different in size, but I don't know if it will show up in the pictures. No one is scared to ask me when I'm due anymore so I guess I'm very obviously pregnant now. Yay!
